System crash via stale pending snapshot pointer

Use-after-free in the btrfs snapshot path in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system via snapshot creation. The create_snapshot() error path frees a pending snapshot without removing its list entry when transaction commit fails, leaving another committer to dereference stale memory. The trigger requires local snapshot access, a commit failure during delayed-reference or dirty-block-group processing, and a later commit by another task.
