System crash via hfi1 initialization NULL dereference

The Linux kernel hfi1 IPoIB driver contains a NULL pointer dereference that allows local users to crash the system during device initialization. An early failure in hfi1_ipoib_setup_rn invokes hfi1_ipoib_netdev_dtor, which calls hfi1_ipoib_txreq_deinit after initialization routines have already unwound their state. Triggering the panic requires local low-privileged access and Intel Omni-Path hardware using the hfi1 IPoIB path; the documented impact is a host crash.
