Guest instruction re-execution via stale exception syndrome

Improper exception handling in Linux arm64 KVM allows attackers to cause incorrect guest instruction re-execution via a synchronized SError. The fixup_guest_exit() path trusts a stale vCPU ESR value after an IRQ synchronizes an SError and can decrement ELR_EL2 based on a preceding HVC. The condition requires that exception sequence; the published record establishes only duplicate execution inside the guest, not attacker control or host impact.
