Service interruption via IRQ-remapping cleanup memory leak

Memory leak in the Linux kernel's Intel VT-d IRQ-remapping setup allows local users to interrupt service through resource exhaustion. When dmar_enable_qi returns an error, intel_setup_irq_remapping leaves the firmware node, IRQ domain, and MSI domain allocated instead of unwinding them. Reachability requires Intel VT-d queued invalidation to fail during IRQ-remapping initialization; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
