DMA reference leakage via SPI probe errors

A reference-count leak in the UniPhier SPI driver in Linux 5.6 through 5.16.7 leaves DMA channel references unreleased. The uniphier_spi_probe() error paths for failed dma_get_slave_caps() or devm_spi_register_master() calls omit dma_release_channel() for both dma_rx and dma_tx. The flaw occurs during UniPhier SPI device probing when either operation fails; public records establish no attacker-controlled trigger beyond those failures.
