Local system crash via unchecked ToPA access

NULL pointer dereference in Intel Processor Trace support in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel via a configured stop filter. The pt_handle_status path calls pt_buffer_region_size without a configured ToPA buffer when hardware stops single-range tracing, dereferencing a null pointer. Reaching the flaw requires local access, Intel Processor Trace hardware, and a configured stop filter; the demonstrated result is a kernel crash.
