Network-detail disclosure via SSRF error messages

SSRF in Octopus Server allows remote attackers to discover network details through error messages generated by crafted network requests. Octopus Deploy has not published the affected endpoint or the request and error-handling logic that exposes those details. Affected releases include 3.x through 2022.x, before 2023.1.9879 in the 2023.1 branch, and before 2023.2.8159 in 2023.2; no authentication is required.
