Data corruption via oversized SPI regmap transfers

Out-of-bounds SPI transfers in Linux 5.16 through 5.19.8 and 6.0-rc1 through 6.0-rc4 allow local users to corrupt data. regmap_get_spi_bus sets max_raw_read and max_raw_write from the SPI transfer limit without subtracting register-address and padding bytes. Reachability requires a local device interface backed by SPI regmap on a controller with a finite message-size limit; affected transfers can corrupt controller or device state and interrupt later I/O.
