Kernel memory corruption via fw_event refcount underflow

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel mpt3sas SCSI driver before 6.0 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during controller reset. _scsih_fw_event_cleanup_queue unconditionally released a firmware-event reference after cancel_work_sync, even when completed work had released that reference, causing refcount underflow. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and an mpt3sas-managed storage controller undergoing reset; exploitation can crash the host or compromise kernel memory.
