Remote service hang via misdirected RDMA completions

Denial of service in the Linux irdma driver 5.19 through 5.19.8 allows remote attackers to hang an RDMA kernel worker. irdma_generate_flush_completions calls irdma_comp_handler with the receive CQ for outstanding send WRs, so ib_drain_sq waits indefinitely on the unsignaled send CQ. An affected host must use Intel irdma hardware with a kernel RDMA service whose connection enters an error or disconnect path; the resulting blocked worker interrupts that RDMA work path.
