Service interruption via leaked RX-buffer DMA mappings

A DMA-mapping leak in the Linux kernel ICE driver 5.16 through 5.19.8 allows local users to exhaust resources by changing RX ring sizes. During RX-buffer reallocation, ice_vsi_cfg_rxq frees rx_buf with kfree after DMA mappings have been created, leaving those mappings unreleased before ice_alloc_rx_buf allocates replacements. Repeated ring reconfiguration on an ICE network interface is required and can deplete DMA-mapping resources until networking or the system is interrupted.
