Kernel-memory disclosure via unchecked HMAC secret length

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel SRv6 subsystem allows local users to disclose up to 64 bytes of kernel memory via netlink. seg6_genl_sethmac copies SECRETLEN bytes from SEG6_ATTR_SECRET without checking that the declared length does not exceed the secret attribute's actual length. Access to the local generic-netlink interface is required, and the disclosed bytes can be retrieved by dumping HMAC state; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
