Kernel crash via post-digest-error socket read

Use-after-free in the nvme-tcp host driver in affected Linux 5.0 and later allows attackers to crash the kernel via a digest error. The nvme_tcp_io_work loop continues reading from an out-of-sync socket after digest handling enables deferred reads, reusing state released by the error path. Reachability requires an active NVMe/TCP host connection with digest checking and a peer able to supply a bad digest; the bounded consequence is a host service interruption.
