Local memory exhaustion via gpio-mockup registration leak

Resource leak in Linux kernel 5.15 before 5.15.71 and 5.16 before 5.19.12 allows local users to exhaust memory during chip setup. The gpio-mockup chip-registration path allocates a named-line string array, then leaves it allocated when software-node creation fails. Repeated failure requires local low-privileged access to the testing driver and can consume kernel memory until the host becomes unavailable.
