Out-of-bounds read via unchecked domain index

Out-of-bounds read in the ARM SCMI reset driver in the Linux kernel allows attackers to access memory via an invalid reset-domain index. scmi_domain_reset computes a pointer into the dom_info descriptor array and reads its async_reset member without first checking the index against num_domains. Reachability requires a misbehaving in-kernel SCMI client to submit an out-of-range index; public sources demonstrate no user-controlled path or resulting disclosure or crash.
