Kernel crash via stale traffic-class configuration

Denial of service in the Linux ice driver 5.19 through 5.19.11 allows local users to crash the kernel during DCB reconfiguration. When ice_vsi_cfg_tc() rejects a traffic-class update because allocated queues are insufficient, it leaves num_txq, num_rxq, and tc_cfg changed instead of restoring the prior configuration. A subsequent queue setup can dereference the invalid retained state; reachability requires the ice driver, DCB configuration, and more traffic classes than allocated queues.
