Kernel crash via NULL transmit-queue dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.10 before 5.19.12 allows local users to crash the kernel through the Siena network transmit path. When efx_siena_hard_start_xmit finds no transmit queue and no more packets are pending, it dereferences tx_queue->channel instead of looking up the channel by index. Reachability requires the sfc/siena driver and a condition that leaves the transmit queue NULL; the resulting kernel fault interrupts service.
