Kernel crash via invalid taprio offload teardown

Kernel denial of service in Linux allows local users to crash the system through a malformed taprio qdisc configuration. In sch_taprio.c, taprio_destroy treats the TAPRIO_FLAGS_INVALID value as full-offload enabled and disables offload that was never established. Reachability requires local low-privileged access with permission to configure traffic-control qdiscs and a driver supporting taprio full offload.
