Kernel crash via unallocated bonding counter

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.14 through 6.0-rc6 allows local users to crash the kernel through bonding mode reconfiguration. bond_rr_gen_slave_id dereferences bonding.rr_tx_counter after a bond created outside round-robin mode switches to round-robin without allocating the counter. Low-privileged local access capable of reconfiguring bonding is required, and transmitting in this state produces a kernel Oops and service interrupt.
