Console corruption via overlapping character deletion

Memory corruption in Linux from 3.7 before 5.19 allows local users to corrupt virtual-console data by deleting characters from a long line. The deletion path in drivers/tty/vt/vt.c uses scr_memcpyw on overlapping buffer regions, which can become an undefined memcpy operation. Reaching the flaw requires interaction with a Linux virtual console; the resulting screen-buffer corruption is nondeterministic.
