Server crash via uninitialized UDP response object

Denial of service in memcached 1.6.7 allows remote attackers to crash UDP-enabled servers via multi-packet upload requests. The UDP request parser calls out_string to report an unsupported multi-packet request before initializing the mc_resp response object, causing a null-pointer dereference. Exploitation requires the non-default UDP listener to be enabled; one unauthenticated malformed request interrupts the memcached service.
