Crash via unterminated string scan in file_copystr

Stack-based buffer over-read in File before 5.43 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the utility through crafted input. file_copystr passes a potentially non-NUL-terminated source string to strlcpy, which scans beyond the intended source width while seeking a terminator. A user must invoke File or a libmagic consumer on the input; the published assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to a crash.
