Unauthorized data modification via missing CSRF validation

Cross-site request forgery in Memos 0.9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter application data through an authenticated user's browser. The server accepts state-changing API requests without CSRF middleware, while its session cookie lacks a SameSite restriction. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to load attacker-controlled content, which can submit requests with that user's session and modify data within the user's permissions.
