Path traversal in JetBrains Ktor before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to read classpath resources through crafted HTTP paths. The resolveResource method accepts a relative resource path but fails to keep traversal segments within the configured resource package. Exposure requires an application route that serves classpath resources through this method; successful requests disclose resources outside the intended package.
