Local service crash via unchecked buffer copy

Out-of-bounds write in the Wi-Fi service on UNISOC chipsets running Android 11 through 13 allows local users to crash the service via crafted input. The service copies attacker-controlled input into a memory buffer without checking that the input fits, causing a write beyond the buffer boundary. Local access is required, no additional execution privileges or user interaction are needed, and the documented consequence is a Wi-Fi service interruption.
