Arbitrary code execution via stale hardware context

Use-after-free in FFmpeg libavcodec before 5.1.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted H.264 video. During multithreaded Direct3D11 decoding, a mid-video SPS change frees and replaces the hardware context but leaves the main thread holding the stale address, which is freed again when decoding closes. Triggering requires hardware reinitialization during parallel video decoding; successful heap grooming executes code with the consuming process's privileges.
