Authenticated script execution via reflected dashboard input
Published Mar 27, 2023 · Updated Feb 19, 2025
Reflected XSS in JetBrains Hub before 2022.1.15583, 2022.2.15572, or 2022.3.15573 allows remote authenticated users to run browser script. A dashboard response returns attacker-controlled request data without the neutralization needed to prevent script interpretation; JetBrains has not identified the parameter, handler, or rendering path. Exploitation requires a low-privileged Hub account and a victim to open the crafted dashboard request, enabling script execution in the victim's Hub origin.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
