Improper initialization in Huawei EMUI 12.0.0 and 13.0.0 and HarmonyOS 2.0.0 and 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to panic the system. Huawei has not published the affected component, data involved, or incorrect initialization operation. A network-reachable attacker needs no authentication or user interaction; successful exploitation interrupts the smartphone operating system.
