Browser script execution through group creation
Published Feb 23, 2023 · Updated Mar 11, 2025
Cross-site scripting in TeamCity before 2022.10.2 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through group creation. JetBrains identifies the group creation process as the affected locus but has not published the vulnerable parameter, rendering path, or missing neutralization operation. The attack requires user interaction and can expose or alter data available to the victim's browser context without interrupting the TeamCity service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
