Host-secret disclosure via world-readable updater log

Sensitive information exposure in affected Checkmk releases allows local users to obtain a host secret from an updater log. The cmk-update-agent register command writes the generated per-host download secret to cmk-update-agent.log, which is usually world-readable. Any local user able to read the file can use the secret to download that host's current agent package, including plug-in configuration that can contain database credentials and other secrets.
