Utility crash via base-256 boundary error

Out-of-bounds read in GNU Tar 1.34 and earlier allows attackers to crash the utility when a user processes a crafted V7 archive. The from_header function in src/list.c accepts a one-byte remainder as base-256 data, then reads beyond the mtime field and uses uninitialized memory in a conditional branch. A user must make GNU Tar read an archive whose V7 mtime field contains approximately 11 whitespace characters; control-flow exploitation has not been demonstrated.
