Out-of-bounds write in the UNISOC Image filter on affected Android 10 through Android 13 chipsets allows local users to crash the system. The kernel Image filter omits a bounds check and writes outside the intended buffer when processing image data. System-level execution privileges are required, and the documented consequence is a local availability loss rather than data disclosure or modification.
