Fund theft via unguarded execute reentrancy

Reentrancy in Uniswap Universal Router before 1.1.0 allows remote attackers to steal funds through crafted router transactions. The execute entry point lacks a reentrancy lock, allowing an external protocol callback to invoke execute again and run SWEEP while the router holds assets. Exploitation requires user interaction and a callback-capable external protocol; the nested SWEEP drains assets held temporarily by the router.
