Robot behavior manipulation via attacker-controlled topic subscription

Improper access control in ROS ntpd_driver before 1.3.0 and 2.0.0 through 2.1.0 allows attackers to alter a robot's behavior. The shm_driver node reads the time_ref_topic parameter and subscribes to that attacker-selected topic, accepting forged TimeReference messages. Control of another node's source code in the same ROS application is required; the resulting time manipulation changes behavior in downstream robot applications.
