CVE-2022-48166Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Credential disclosure via unauthenticated log export

Published Feb 6, 2023 · Updated Mar 25, 2025

Missing authorization in Wavlink WL-WN530HG4 M30HG4.V5030.201217 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator credentials. The /cgi-bin/ExportLogs.sh handler serves exported configuration data and logs without verifying an authenticated session. An unauthenticated network request is sufficient to disclose stored credentials, which then grant access to the device dashboard.
