Credential disclosure via unauthenticated log export
Published Feb 3, 2023 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Improper access control in Wavlink WL-WN530H4 M30H4.V5030.210121 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator credentials. The /cgi-bin/ExportLogs.sh endpoint returns a downloadable sysLogs.txt archive containing configuration data, logs, Login values, and Password values without checking authentication. Network access to the device is sufficient; the exposed credentials enable entry to the administration dashboard, while direct integrity or availability impact is not reported.
