OS command injection in TOTOlink A7100RU 7.4cu.2313_B20191024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via FileName. The setOpenVpnCertGenerationCfg handler formats FileName into a stack buffer with sprintf, then passes the resulting string to cstesystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The published request includes a session cookie, while the official CVSS assessment treats the network path as unauthenticated; injected commands run in the router process context.
