Remote command execution via unfiltered rsabits input

OS command injection in TOTOlink A7100RU 7.4cu.2313_B20191024 allows remote attackers to execute commands through the rsabits parameter. The delStaticDhcpRules handler passes rsabits through Uci_Set_Str and cstesystem to execv without neutralizing shell metacharacters such as command substitution. Requests reach cstecgi.cgi over the router's management interface, and successful exploitation runs injected commands with the service's privileges.
