Authenticated account takeover via user ID overwrite

Improper access control in Memos 0.9.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to take over another account via a crafted user update. The PATCH /api/user/:id handler decodes the request body after setting the route-derived user ID, letting a JSON id field replace the authorized target before PatchUser executes. Any signed-in member can change another user's name, email address, and display name, enabling full account takeover.
