Authenticated cross-user shortcut modification

Improper access control in Memos 0.9.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to edit or delete other users' shortcuts through the API. Shortcut modification and deletion handlers fail to enforce ownership of the targeted shortcut, allowing a valid account to alter another user's shortcut data. The attacker needs an authenticated account and network access; the demonstrated impact is unauthorized integrity modification and deletion, without reported confidentiality impact.
