Arbitrary file upload in Taogogo taoCMS 3.0.2 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code by altering the permitted-extension setting. The backend file editor accepts a path parameter, saves changes to Upload.php, and permits php to be added to the upext allowlist. No account or user interaction is required; requesting the uploaded script grants code execution on the server.
