Service interruption via DUBAI double free

Double free in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 and 3.0.0 and EMUI 12.0.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service through the DUBAI module. The module releases the same memory allocation twice, but Huawei has not identified the responsible function or the input path that reaches it. Network access is sufficient without authentication or user interaction, and the documented consequence is limited to loss of availability.
