System crash via class-bound noqueue discipline

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel traffic control before 6.1.6 allows local users to crash the system through qdisc configuration. qdisc_graft permits noqueue to be assigned beneath a classful queue discipline, leaving its enqueue operation NULL; packet transmission then reaches qdisc_enqueue and calls that NULL operation. Local low-privileged access is required, and the demonstrated sequence attaches noqueue beneath an HTB class before traffic triggers a kernel OOPS and system crash.
