Unrestricted firmware upload in Riello UPS NetMan 204 all versions allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code as root. The web server accepts a firmware file containing a webshell without restricting its dangerous type, exposing the uploaded code for execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants root control of the appliance.
