Decoder crash via out-of-bounds SSE read

Heap buffer overflow in libde265 1.0.9 allows context-dependent attackers to crash an HEVC decoder via a crafted bitstream. The ff_hevc_put_hevc_qpel_pixels_8_sse interpolation routine reads 16 bytes beyond a heap-allocated image buffer while decoding malformed prediction data. Execution requires the target to decode the supplied file with SSE acceleration enabled; the published proof demonstrates an abort, while code execution was not demonstrated.
