Application crash via H.263 header-length underflow

Buffer overflow in GPAC MP4Box 2.1-DEV-rev649-ga8f438d20 allows local users to crash the application via a crafted H.263 file. The h263dmx_process function subtracts a parsed span from bytes_in_header without first handling a partial H.263 start code, causing the unsigned header count to underflow and a later memcpy to read beyond the heap buffer. Exploitation requires the crafted file to be processed; the public proof of concept demonstrates a segmentation fault, while code execution is not demonstrated.
