Application crash via unchecked HEVC layer index

Buffer overflow in GPAC MP4Box 2.1-DEV-rev644-g5c4df2a67 allows attackers to crash the application via a crafted HEVC file. hevc_parse_vps_extension uses a layer_id_in_nuh value from the video parameter set to index the four-entry layer_id_in_vps array without first enforcing MAX_LHVC_LAYERS. A user must make MP4Box import the crafted file; the public proof of concept demonstrates an out-of-bounds access and sanitizer-detected crash, not code execution.
