Decoder crash via unchecked image bit-depth mismatch

Stack buffer overflow in libde265 1.0.9 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a decoder via a crafted H.265 bitstream. During inter prediction, generate_inter_prediction_samples fails to reject an image whose luma or chroma bit depth differs from the active SPS, allowing put_qpel_fallback to read before its stack padding buffer. An application must decode the supplied video, and the demonstrated failure terminates an AddressSanitizer-instrumented decoder.
