Information disclosure via unchecked certificate bounds

Out-of-bounds reads in Trusted Firmware-A 1.2 through 2.8 allow attackers to read past crafted boot certificate buffers. The get_ext parser trusts mismatched X.509 extension bounds and continues after failed ASN.1 parsing, while auth_nvctr reads six bytes without verifying the input length. Exploitation requires BL1 or BL2 Trusted Boot with a custom downstream chain that processes untrusted data before signature validation; upstream TF-A configurations are not exploitable.
