Stored script execution via unescaped taxonomy slug

Stored XSS in Jeffrey-WP Media Library Categories 1.9.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via a taxonomy slug. The custom-taxonomy slug setting is stored and rendered into an administrative input field without attribute escaping. Administrator access is required to supply the value, and the affected view must later be opened before the script executes in the viewing user's browser.
